DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Our Salon Procedures During the Covid-19 Pandemic

By direction of the State of Oklahoma and the CDC and in order for us to re-open for business we are directed to follow these government guidelines. The business is really the same with two important changes: (1) No more waiting room for customers or guests; (2) We must fully clean and sanitize the workstations and tools and replace the service capes in between each customer visit.

Following these procedures will help protect the health and wellbeing of our customers, our staff and our families:

  • Services will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – Drive up and call customers are always welcome. No walk-in guests at this time. Please call ahead and we will fit you into our schedule.
  • Please WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE and call the salon upon arrival. We will notify you when your station is cleaned and ready for your visit.
  • All customers are recommended to WEAR A FACE MASK during their visit.
  • All Staff members will be wearing a Face Mask and Gloves and our Stations, Tools, Chairs and Service Capes will be fully washed, sanitized and cleaned-in-between each customer visit.
  • ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME, only those with appointments will be allowed into the salon. No additional guests except for parents with young children, caregivers and family appointments may come in together.
  • No snacks or magazines will be provided. No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the salon at this time. We have bottled water and sodas available. We also have WiFi available for Tablets or Smart Phones.
  • Please PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING guidelines when possible by keeping a minimum of 6ft apart from each other during your visit.
  • K Great Cut has a WELL CUSTOMER POLICY; if a customer or their children show any signs of illness we reserve the right to ask that customer to please reschedule and come at another time.
  • We ask that if you are experiencing or have been around anyone with any of the following symptoms, within 14 days prior to your appointment to please reschedule your appointment.
    • 100.4 Temperature
    • Sore Throat, Coughing or Sneezing
    • Any Flu or Cold like symptoms

These procedures will allow us to limit customer to customer contact and to fully clean-in-between and prepare for your visit.
